Term & Conditions - Membership Form
The Aloha Membership Club requires all persons entering the pemises to sign and agree to the following contidions:
“ALOHA MEMBERSHIP CLUB” ANNUAL PASS & 1-DAY PASS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of an Aloha Membership Club Annual Pass and the use of a 1-Day Pass. Each Pass must be activated which entails agreeing to follow/obey and signing these Terms & Conditions and provide personal contact information. By activating your Annual Pass or 1- Day Pass you are receiving a Limited License to enter the Aloha Membership Club.
Aloha Membership Club hours of operation are Thursday, Friday and Saturday (excluding Holidays) during the hours from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
Aloha Membership Club capacity or operating hours may be limited or changed from time to time due to rehabilitations, remodeling, capacity, seasonal considerations, weather, low demand, government or other authority guidance or order, pandemic related restrictions, guidance from health experts, special events or any other reason without liability to Aloha Membership Club or its affiliates. Some Pass (Limited License) benefits and features may not be available during periods of limited capacity and are subject to change or cancellation without notice or liability.
General Rules & Regulations:

Annual Pass must be used by the same person whose name appears on the Annual Pass, or by the 4 family members listed on the Annual Pass Holders original Terms & Conditions signature sheet. However, each family member must also sign their own Terms & Conditions signature sheet to be able to be admitted to the Aloha Membership Club. Further photo identification may be required.

Annual Passes are non-transferable temporary Limited Licenses that allow Licensees admitance to the Aloha Membership Club. The additional family members must also activate their eligibility to share in the original Annual Pass Holders privileges by also agreeing and signing to receive their own temporary Limited Licenses.

1-Day Passes must be surrendered upon activation of a 1-Day Limited License.

Passes may not be redeemed for cash or used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused.

Receiving a Limited License to enter the Aloha Membership Club constitutes consent for the Aloha Membership or its affiliates to use any film, video, or reproduction of the image and/or voice of anyone using an Annual Pass or 1-Day Pass to activate their Limited License for any purpose whatsoever without any payment to the Limited Licensee.

All Guest Vendors must have a Limited License and agree to follow/obey and sign these Terms & Conditions and provide personal contact information.

A Limited Licensee must abide by any rules & regulations applicable to the Aloha Membership Club or to the use of the Annual Passes or 1-Day Passes as promulgated by the Aloha Membership Club from time to time.

The Aloha Membership Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Annual Pass or 1-Day Pass or deny admission, prevent entry or require a Limited Licensee already admitted to leave the Aloha Membership Club at any time for any reason, including, without limitation, if they are violating any rules.

You and the Aloha Membership Club and its affiliates agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your Pass and/or Limited License will be resolved by binding arbitration, with the sole exception of claims that qualify for small claims court as set forth below.
You acknowledge that you and the Aloha Membership Club are each waiving the right to file a lawsuit and the right to a jury trial. You and the Aloha Membership Club also agree that any and all disputes must be brought in the parties’ individual capacities. You and the Aloha Membership Club therefore agree to waive any right to litigate or arbitrate any claims as a class action or other representative or collective action.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to send a notice of dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth your name, address, and contact information; the facts giving rise to the dispute and relevant documents; and the relief requested to Aloha Membership Club, 1998 W. 169th Street, Gardena, California 90247, Attention: Legal Department. The Aloha Membership Club will send any notice of dispute to you at the contact information that they have for you. You and the Aloha Membership Club agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the notice of dispute is sent. After that sixty (60) day period and not before, you or the Aloha Membership Club may commence an arbitration or small-claims-court proceeding.
I have read and understand these Aloha Membership Club rules and conditions. I fully understand that this is non-transferable and temporary Limited License to enter the Aloha Membership Club and agree to all of the Rules & Regulations.
